Sunbreeze Suites is located on-the-beach in the heart of San Pedro Town. All of our 20 suites offer a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea from the privacy of your balcony.

Reservation/ Cancellation Conditions:
December 15-April 30 & Holiday Bookings:
US$100.00 deposit required withing 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date. If booking within 90 days of arrival, full prepayment is required. If Cancellation 90-61 days of arrival there is US$100.00 penalty, If 60-31 to arrival the reservation is no refund.

May 1 - December 14th (except Thanksgiving)
US$100.00 deposit required withing 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. If booking within 30 days or less of arrival, full prepayment is due. If Cancellation 45-31 days of arrival there is US$100.00 penalty, If 30 to arrival the reservation is non-refundable.

Group Booking Policy:
Cancellation policy during our hight season, USA Public and Bank holidays, including Thanksgiving, Chrismas and New Year Period.

Bookings canceled up to 91 days before arrival date full refund, after 90 to 61 days full refund less US$100.00 per room deposit, 60-46 days 50% penalty on room cost and days or less no refund. Rooms that are held without deposit in hand 90 days prior to arrival will be released. Unsold rooms must be released 91 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalty.

San Pedro Sunbreeze Suites ....

At approximately 25 miles long Ambergris Caye is the largest and most developed of all the 200 islands, or cayes, in Belize. The island is situated 18 miles east of the mainland and is separated from Mexico by only a small channel that was originally hand dug by the ancient Maya.

The main town on Ambergris Caye is San Pedro. Established as a fishing village long before tourism arrived to Belize, San Pedro still holds it small town charm. Today, golf carts transport you down sandy streets dotted with fun giftshops and open air restaurants.

Belize and Ambergris Caye have much to offer travelers looking for something off the beaten path. Diving, Snorkeling, Mayan archeological sites, pristine jungle, incredible wildlife and some of the prettiest water in the world is a sampling of what the small country can offer.

Getting to Belize is easy as it is only a short flight from Miami, Houston, and Dallas. Direct Flights to Belize are offered on multiple major airline carriers such as American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta, US Air, and Grupo TACA. Ambergris Caye is accessible via air directly from the airport, or from the mainland by either water taxi or a quick 15 minute domestic flight.
